The house is located 2 mins drive away from Sea Turtle Inc, Clayton’s and Bar Louie’s. There is a liquor store, convenience store and several restaurants within walking distance.

House Rules

- Please use caution with children while in the house
- Do not leave kids unattended near the pool and swim up bar
- No Diving or jumping into the pool.
- Turn off gas line after using grill
- Guest are responsible for any citations due to violations of city rules.
- Noise Ordinance begins at midnight on Fri/Sat. Please keep music at a respectable decible for the neighborhood.
- Video surveillance at the front&side of the house.There are no cameras inside

- Please let host know ahead of time if you would like to heat the pool as it takes time.

The space
The house has an open concept living, dining and kitchen area upstairs. Downstairs you can socialize in the large living space equipped with a dartboard, wet bar, and second refrigerator. Just outside the large sliding glass doors you will find a custom pool with a swim up bar, outdoor kitchen, pizza oven and plenty of seating. The house also has a garden which guest are welcome to any fruits, vegetables or herbs during their stay. In the garden, there are two outdoor showers making it easy to wash the sand off after a day at the beach.

Parking: the house can comfortably park up to 6 cars in the driveway. Please do not park in the garage.
Bedrooms: The 3 bedrooms upstairs all feature full baths. Downstairs is an additional bedroom, full bath and living space. Additional bedding options include a futon and 2 twin beds if needed.
Guest access
Guest are welcomed to the entire house with the exception of the larger garage and 3 closets. Please note the primary bedroom does not have a closet however luggage racks are provided.
Additional notes
Wood for the pizza oven is located on the side of the house. Please do not use lighter fluid in the pizza oven.
Baby Items are available upon request.
